Parcel has now been found

Just wanting to let anybody who reads my below review that the parcel has now been found and that the problem was with the delivery company. Overall I’m very happy with the product. While there were still issues with uploading the personal information for the filmroll and the website malfunctioning, I would still recommend this product.

Terrible service and no product delivered

I have had a terrible time trying to get my product. From the moment I placed my order things went wrong. Their instructions were confusing and over complicated when it came to uploading the information for the film roll keychain and then their website had several malfunctions which wouldn’t allow me to actually upload any of my photos and other personal details I wished to have added to my product. It has been over a month and I never received my order and when I reached out to them they told me that my parcel had apparently already been delivered a while ago followed by a picture of my house, however the photo did not show the parcel at my address which means they probably got the photo of my house of google. They have been no help in tracking my parcel and when I told them I want a my product sent again they dodge the question and refuse to acknowledge their fault. I’m very upset as I went to a lot of effort to get this as a gift and have already gone through so many difficulties with this company to get it delivered in the first place. Please reconsider choosing this website to purchase anything from

At first I was skeptic but it turn out better than what I expected. Film turn out great with the camera wooden box. Would definitely buy again! shipping usually takes a week or so but over all A+!
