• Please leave us your personalization details when placing order. *Texts or file~PSD,PNG,CDR,JPG,AI are accepted. Please add your name and order number on the subject if you send us email or message. Please add your order number on file or images. Remember to number them if you need them in a specific order. 
• Please follow our instruction to submit the voice message audio file after place your order 
• Our production time is about 4-6 business days. This can be changed during peak seasons. Please check our home page for the updated information. Delivery times vary depending on the country to be shipped to.
